Grade One Ballet
Age 8-9
Our grade one ballet class is suitable for those who have progressed through our primary class or who are joining us from year 3. This class builds on the foundations previous learnt and progresses our students through the ISTD syllabus. Now using the French terminology, grade one ballet improves our students technique, posture, alignment and style. At this level students are encouraged to attend 2 classes per week. Students have the opportunity to work towards their exam.

Friday - 4.30 - 5.15pm

Grade Two Modern
Age 8-10
Progressing on from our grade one modern class students build on the technique already learnt and learn more complex dance steps and combinations. This class is full of energy and fun whilst continuing to develop rhythm, performance, artistry and technique. New students joining us need to be year 3 or above. Students can work towards their exam.

Grade Two Ballet
Age 9-12
Students in grade two ballet will now know the foundation steps and have a good understanding of classical technique. This class is open to all new students from year 4 upwards. Developing classical technique, students are encouraged to attend 2 classes per week. Students can work towards their exam.

Junior Jazz Class
Age 10-14
This class has been designed for those not wanting to work towards any exams. Incorporating fun, high pace, energetic dance routines this class is perfect for those children with a passion for dancing and performance. Dancing to a variety of different styles of music our students explore various jazz styles from commercial, hip hop and more classical styles of jazz

Turns & Stretch Class
Age 10-18
Our focus in this class is to increase flexibility and learn various turns. This class gives our students the opportunity to learn tricks, splits, leaps and turns

Musical Theatre Class
Year 6 - year 9
Our Musical Theatre classes are a mixture of both singing and dancing. Students will be guided through a variety of singing warm-ups and physical warm ups before focusing on combining both skills in various song and dance from Westend, Broadway and film.

Acro Level 3 & 4
Age 7+
Our Level 2 & 4 Acro classes take skills to the next level! Building on the foundations from earlier training, students will master impressive moves like handstands, cartwheels, and assisted front and back walkovers. Along the way, they’ll boost their flexibility, strength, and body control — all while learning how to blend these acrobatic skills seamlessly into their dance routines. It’s the perfect mix of challenge, creativity, and confidence-building.

Mini Jazz
Year reception - year 5
Our Mini Jazz class gives young dancers a fun and energetic introduction to a variety of jazz styles and techniques. Each session begins with an upbeat aerobic warm-up, followed by corner work to develop kicks, leaps, and basic turns. Throughout the term, students learn choreographed routines inspired by a range of jazz styles — from street and lyrical to commercial and classical — building their skills, confidence, and performance.
